It will appear as [http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/] which is still a valid link, but you want it to say what it is, don't you?
It So all you have to do is put the title of your link at the end of the link - make sure you leave a space between the link and the title. For example.....<nowiki>[http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/ NHS Direct]</nowiki> And that will now appear as [http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/NHS Direct] Which is a more recognisable link.
