This sounds complicated and confusing, but it isn't really. So, for example, you want to add a recipe for Pavlova. Click on the RECIPE link on the WELCOME PAGE. Write <nowiki>[[</nowiki>Pavlova]]. Click Save. Now click on the link you have just made, that says Pavlova and now write your recipe!

Go to the website that you want to link to.
Copy the URL (the web address) from the box at the top of your page.
Go back to the Wiki and the page you want to add it to. Click Edit
Add the URL in single square brackets.
For example....<nowiki>[</nowiki>http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/]
It will appear as [http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/]
