We visited Dinosaur Adventure[http://www.dinosauradventure.co.uk/] about 2 years ago when our son was about 4 years old.
After a hectic journey getting there due to Jake being very ill with travel sickness, I'm glad to say we had a fabulous time.

When you first get there and pay for your entrance you are giving a Dino card,whilst you're walking around you have to look out for the Dinosaurs on the card and mark them off,Some of these Dinosaurs are huge and a little bit scary ( like the T REX ).If you get all of them you get a medal at the end for the children to wear with pride.

There are lots of things to do here,We enjoyed the big dig area where you have to use the brushes to discover what lies beneath the sand,and Jake loved the mini golf course.Being a boy he also loved the Animal area where he could hold a giant Snail and a Millipede; Plenty of washing facilities thankfully to wash them sticky hands afterwards.

Some of the other things to do are,pedal car races,big play ground,small animal barn,assault course and a maze.

Take a picnic with you as there's some lovely sheltered spots under the trees to roll out a big blanket, saving you some pennies from eating in the cafe.The only downside to it was you have to go out via the shop,so expect to empty your purse in here!.
