* 3 bananas
* 3fl oz vegetable oil
1. #Mash the banana in a bowl and add the rolled oats2. #Stir in the vanilla essence and vegetable oil3. #leave for 20 minutes for the mixture to absorb4. #Preheat the over to 180c and line a baking tray5. #Using a spoon, scoop the misxture on to the tray and push down into a biscuit shape. Note - they dont spread when cooking so the shape you do here is how they will come out.6. #Bake for 15-20 minutes
